Pricing for 2026

Starting in 2026, in certain markets, JLive is rolling out

a couple of small ticketing updates. 

  • Free events remain FREE!

  • Paid tickets will require a Pro Plan

  • Paid tickets will be billed at $1 to the Organization

  • Automatically billed to your credit card each month​​

  • Can optionally collect $1 fee from Buyers

We have made it easy for you to recoup these fees.

  • You can choose to require that Buyers pay you an additional $1 per paid ticket

  • You can also let buyers decide if they want to.

Optionally charge processing fees

  • Fixed amount and/or percentage.

  • 100% of processing fees are paid to you.

  • Jlive does not receive these funds.

Why is Jlive making these changes?

These updates help JLive continue improving the platform while giving organizations more control and transparency over how event costs are handled.

 

Note that Jlive remains significantly less expensive than other ticketing sites such as Eventbrite which charges a Service Fee (3.7% + $1.79 per ticket) and a Payment Processing Fee (2.9% per order), both usually passed to attendees unless the organizer covers them
